Heavy / Oversized Cargo Services:

GSE being specialized in the haulage of heavy and oversized cargo of machineries/ transformers by utilizes the modular hydraulic multiaxle trailers which have high traction power to manoeuvre through tight confines of sites and yards. Haulage of these oversized machineries or transformers begins from:

1) Port to site or site to site
2) Site loading (by skidding method using jack or using crane)
3) Transportation through towns and country using detailed route maps with photos showing the exact terrain and roads
4) Site unloading
5) Positioning of machineries or transformers onto foundation plate at site
6) Including erection, installation and commissioning of power transformers.

All these activities are accomplished with proper management and with continuous supervision. GSE has transported transformers, generators, turbines, boilers and dismantled factory machineries.

The scope of works will involve works in carrying out the normal services including additional works as mentioned below:

1) Detailed load design and route survey
2) Heavy haulage
3) Tug and barge for specialized cargo for both domestic and international
4) Skidding and positioning (site unloading)
5) Installation and erection
6) Erection and commissioning of transformers
7) Cable laying and rentis clearing
8) Total project management and supervision

Transformers are jacked down utilizing Support Beams & Elephant Stools and Trailer Hydraulic System to increase or decrease the Height Level
